High Performance Computing

Our company operates High Performance Computing Clusters (HPC) for Finite Element Model (FEM) simulations of occupant safety scenarios, predominantly with LS-DYNA and Pamcrash/VPS.
These clusters provide the computational power and scalability required for complex finite element analyses in the automotive and safety engineering fields.

We offer comprehensive HPC consulting services, including:

  • Installation and configuration of essential software on linux environment, including “Some Grid Engine” Job Scheduler, LS-DYNA and VPS.
  • In-house-tools to automate and optimize job queuing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Performance testing and validation of the cluster environment.
  • Maintenance and support to ensure continuous, reliable operation.

For more than 20 years, we have been operating our own clusters for use in occupant protection and component design for LS-Dyna and Pamcrash/VPS. The configurations and in-house tools are constantly being further developed.

Variants of our configuration has already proven itself in successful use by customers – powerful, flexible and ready for any environment. Satisfied customers include, for example, the Federal Highway and Transport Research Institute (BASt).
