Application of Human Models offers new possibilities in analysis of protection systems. In the example below, kinematics of Human and World SID dummy are shown in a lateral pole impact. Here, deviations in behaviour of shoulder and arm can be analysed. Even interaction of arm and chest ribs or the support of shoulder blade in human and dummy can be compared.
