With the new ECE R129 (even known as I-Size), new test conditions for registration of child seats are introduced. Beside belt retractors with a certain force level, foam elements with certain characteristic will be used for side impact.
The foam elements consist of one layer of neoprene material and one layer of Styrodur material. We supply the materials according to your cutting specifications. We conduct tests on all materials according to ECE R129.
Upon delivery, you will receive a test certificate confirming compliance with ECE R129 requirements.
